Yogurts way fig jam crumble lemon
You probably know that France is the biggest consumer of yogurt, and it makes pots! So with the return of home-made, everyone (or almost) has emerged from its yogurt.
No need to use to achieve its industrial yoghurt yoghurt house. ALSA launches 1st lactic available in supermarkets and that store in a closet, convenient is not it?
Alsa sent me to test a product of its brand new. Subsequently I was able to test: My homemade yogurt, but you can also try my house or my bifidus yogurt creamy house according to your taste and mood. Products you can cross a large radius surface preparation for dessert, for less € 3.
Here is my recipe for how delicious yoghurt crumble fig jam lemon realized with lactic acid bacteria:
Ingredients:
-1 packet lactic Alsa or yogurt
-1 liter of milk
-1 fig jam lemon house (mine is made by my parents with figs and lemons from the garden, and the secrecy and add a vanilla pod open along its length when cooking) -8

Preparation:
Note: most recipes call for homemade yogurt 1 liter of milk. The followers of yoghurt know that it is still a little preparation. After numerous tests I have a technique that avoids waste.
1-Take an empty pot as a measure of your yogurt maker and fill with milk as many times as you pots. (Note: If you use a plain yogurt 1 to remove your account)
2 - Add the bag of starter or yogurt. Mix gently, without lather, using a whisk.
3 - Heat in a saucepan over low heat. When mixture is lukewarm, remove from heat.
4 - Mash speculos.
5 - Starting afresh speculos crumbs at the bottom of the pots, cover with a teaspoon of jam and then the milk mixture.
6 - Place the jars (without lids!) In the yogurt maker.
7 - When they are ready, let cool 1 hour before store in refrigerator.
Note: yogurt home can be preserved in the refrigerator for 1 week.
