Then voila, far from Asia, Africa ! Sino-Indonesian a friend told me one day to the pad-thai. The following week I showed him how to make a custard pie . Since I re-invested in a wok (and yes our business is in that storage in France), and make a stock (stock, for surely in Kigali can find everything but not always) Chinese pulp , pad-thai and invent woks with what I found at the market.
If I say cauliflower cabbage, I surely was going to start making the soft and go your way. Well, you'd twist, because it's delicious wok.

For this recipe I used pre-cooked carrots. Indeed, to go faster, I always in the fridge vegetables: carrots or broccoli washed, cut and cooked al dente, or parboiled rice to cook in a skillet or wok.

wok recipe chicken cabbage:
Ingredients: (serves 4)
- 2
chicken cutlets - 1 / 2 cabbage
- 3 large carrots, pre-cooked *
- 1 / 2 onion
- 2 cloves garlic

sesame seeds - sunflower oil (if your wok is not anti-adhesive)
- sesame oil
- soy sauce
-
white pepper - 1 bouillon cube
- some peanuts

Preparation:
1 - Cut the cabbage into thin slices, wash and spin. Book.
2 - Cut into small dice onion. Peel the garlic cloves, crush them by placing them under the broad blade of a knife, then cut into small dice.
Book 3 - Dice the chicken breasts. Book.
4 - Put your wok on high heat, if not non-stick put some sunflower oil (No more than a tablespoon). Once the oil is hot reduce the heat in the wok and discard the onion and garlic.
5 - Place the diced chicken. Turn them occasionally. When all sides of chicken are cooked in the wok to the cabbage, carrots. Cover.
6 - After 2, 3 minutes, crumble a stock cube, pepper and a dash of sesame oil and soy sauce. stir and cover again. This is done when the cabbage is almost translucent.
7 - Serve with sesame seeds and some peanuts. * Otherwise

dice the carrots and cook for 10 minutes in English (= in boiling water minutes)
