What Color Lipstick Is Right For Olive Complexion

Palu 0 - 1 Babeth

regions of the world where malaria is endemic

We are already in August and not ticket since late June . I certainly do not forget Kitchen Babeth , but the work (you know what can be a check at the end of the month) takes me a long time, and then to be totally honest the squabble s worthy of a playground Nursery of the blogosphere bores me tremendously. I briefly considered stopping blogging, and only use twitter much more fresh and spontaneous. The blog is still an enjoyable way to share pictures, stories and recipes with my family, my friends and also anonymous who appreciate this space. So I'm back.

The topic of the day: malaria. In Rwanda where we live is certainly not an area of major epidemics but malaria is present. After just a few months in Kigali, I'm knocked out by malaria. Even if I try to protect me from the maximum of mosquito nets screens, impregnated mosquito nets over the bed, wearing long clothes at night, mosquito spray ( Note: sprays, plugs standarts found in France at the supermarket or Nature Discovery will serve to because there are not adapted to tropical mosquitoes, repellents buy pharmacy ) and even iPhone App Mousquito ... Just a shot.

Malaria is a disease dangerous, potentially deadly . The development cycle of the parasite responsible, the Plasmodium is complex and not always detected in the infected (a crap I tell you!). And very often the patient feels better and then periodically will not read fast enough, or simply the patient is too poor to move to the nearest clinic (which may be far from the village in the poorest countries )

Malaria, malaria is or what?
Malaria or Malaria is an infectious disease caused by a parasite of the genus Plasmodium, a disease spread by mosquito bites Tropical (Anopheles females). The parasite in man develops in the liver by infecting liver cells, which explode and release the parasites into the blood. And only once in the blood that the parasite can be detected.
Symptoms: high fever, body aches, vomiting, fatigue, headache and loss of appetite flagrant before coma and possible death.
detection is done by a simple and inexpensive test in Africa, see free for the poorest: the thick . Simple and painless test. A drop of capillary blood is levied at the end of a finger, then filed on a glass slide.

In my case I had a fever , not many, of aches, vomiting and especially no appetite at all. The fever disappeared in the morning to return to 17h. I was treated in time and I'm fine now.

If you live in an area of infection, or that you will return, do not take lightly a fever and body aches. For winter travelers especially do not think it's a grippette.

It took you about 2 minutes to read this post and during this time 4 children will die of malaria in Africa. Indeed malaria kills one African child every 30 seconds, not including adult ...
